Ski & Board Club Information
Step to Join the Club:
STEP 1) Read the ENTIRE Informational Packet:
Click on the packet picture below and make sure you review and READ the entire informational packet. MANY, MANY times in the past, parents and student will ask questions that have answers clearly stated in the Informational packet.
You MUST be logged into Google with your FR STUDENT school account to access the form. The link to this form can be found on the last page of the Informational Packet
STEP 2) Complete and Submit the Google Registration Form:
We are only expecting members this year with Epic Passes (Day or Full). Use the Link in the Packet to purchase yours.
STEP 3) Purchase your Epic Pass or 3-Day Epic Day Pass from 7-Springs:
Print the Medical Authorization Form and the Parent Permission and Release Form that were emailed to the PARENT EMAIL THAT YOU PROVIDED in the registration form. Complete them and get the medical form notarized.
STEP 4) Print and complete ALL Authorization Forms
STEP 5) Return BOTH forms and payment to Mr. Racchini in room 205
The payment must be submitted WITH the TWO FORMS. Mr. Racchini will not accept things separately. All forms with payment must be turned in to Mr. Racchini by the deadline posted. There will be no extension to this deadline, so failure to return your two forms and payment on time will result in you missing out on the club this year
STEP 6) Join the BAND APP
After your forms and payment have been received, you will be given an access code to the BAND area of this website. The BAND is an APP that Mr. Racchini and the other chaperones use during our trips to stay connected with the students and keep the parents at home informed. This free APP is require for ALL club members/chaperones that wish to attend any of our trips.
